Our former postdoc, Dr. Soumen Saha, has accepted an Assistant Professor position at the University of Allahabad in India. Congrats to Soumen! We can’t wait to see all you accomplish with you new position.
Members of the group traveled to the Gordon Research Conference on Electron Donor-Acceptor Interactions in Newport, RI. This meeting is a favorite of the group and was the first meeting after 4 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was great to see old friends, former group members, and see the academic family of Jerry Meyer grow.

Congratulations to Amanda Chown for successfully defending her PhD. She is the 3rd PhD student from the group and embark on a journey to New Mexico for a postdoctoral position at Los Alamos National Lab.

We want to welcome two new undergraduate group members for summer research. Kallan Blakemore is a rising senior at Auburn and Kennedi Banks is an REU student from Case Western Reserve University. Best of luck in your summer research!
